Full Job Description

As an Outsourcing and Third Party Manager in our Institutional Operations team in UK you will play a key role and will be responsible to manage and administer the governance of the framework surrounding our Third-Party Suppliers and Internal Outsourced processes across Europe. Under the Senior Manager and Certification Regime, ANZ maintains a prescribed responsibility for the firm's performance of its obligations under Outsourcing, which is allocated to the COO. Your responsibility covers the overall framework, policy and systems and controls relevant to outsourcing. A significant part of your role is engaging with Senior Management to ensure that they are meeting their responsibilities and strong stakeholder management skills are a pre-requisite for this role.,

  • Administration and coordination of the Europe Outsourcing Framework, managing updates and ensuring Local Business Owners of engagements are meeting their responsibilities
  • Stakeholder engagement - emails, meetings, training
  • Updating Outsourcing Register/Sharepoint site/workflow tracker - responding to new/inflight requests and obtaining/managing approvals
  • Coordinating the monthly Vendor Management forum, preparing slides, collating information, providing metrics and analysis, presenting information to Senior Stakeholders
  • Updating processes/procedure documentation as needed
  • Tracking progress of ongoing initiatives - escalating as necessary
  • Challenging where appropriate, ensuring regulations are met through framework throughout life cycle of engagement
  • Managing queries - interacting between Local Business Owners and Group TPRM - challenging Group processes as necessary as one size does not always fit all

    Proven years of banking experience with good business knowledge across Outsourcing/Vendor Management processes
  • Experience in Outsourcing and Third Party Risk Management process is preferred
  • Experience in dealing with FCA/PRA regulations
  • Strong relationship-building (internal and external) skills
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Experience in managing and challenging senior stakeholders, ensuring their responsibilities are met
  • Demonstrates good analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to manage priorities and conflicting issues in a professional manner
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a keen eye for detail
