Full Job Description

What you'll do

  • Extensive diary and calendar management in a timely and professional manner
  • Owning activities, including, but not limited to, travel arrangements, system approvals, purchasing orders and tracking annual spend, etc. 
  • Ensuring Director's full preparation for all meetings, including agenda and presentations, pre-read and follow-up actions
  • Support on ad-hoc requests/cycle requests
  • Ability to understand the business area and proactively support the Director to achieve their day-to-day and long-term objectives
  • Ad-hoc requests
  • Building and developing meaningful relationships with broad internal & external stakeholder group at all levels
  • Provides vendor management support 
  • Supports the team to deliver activities related to programmes/projects through active involvement in specific initiatives to ensure they meet time, cost and quality requirements, comply wit project standards and maximise benefit delivery
  • Fun team events, forums and meetings. This includes but it is not limited to arranging facilities, travelling, catering 
  • New joiners and leavers management

  • Superb organisational, prioritisation and communication skills
  • Strong general administrative experience
  • Track record of of project, programme and vendor management 
  • Comfortable working under pressure and taking full ownership of work, both on an 1-2-1 and at a team level
  • Ability to communicate and to build meaningful relationships across all levels and audiences both internally and externally, across an extremely broad stakeholder group
  • Proactive, positive and can-do attitude and ability to learn quickly
  • An energetic and fun-loving manner
  • Advanced Microsoft Office suite capabilities
  • Concur, Success Factors and CWT knowledge will be considered an asset

  • Yearly bonus: 5%
  • Annual leave: 28 days + bank holidays + the opportunity to buy/sell/carry over 5 days/year

  • Maternity leave:  52 weeks: the first 13 weeks are fully paid, followed by 26 weeks of half pay
  • Private pension: You can contribute up to 5% of your basic pay with 2:1 matching from Vodafone up to 10%.
