Full Job Description

You will be responsible for delivering a series of improvement projects related to improving the efficiency and automation of the NIHR Participant in Research Experience Survey (PRES). Working alongside the National RDN PRES Advisory Group, RDNCC Public Partnerships team and RRDN experts, you will be responsible for ensuring that the improvement plan is delivered to time and target and that the new processes meets the needs of health and social care researchers, study sponsors, delivery teams and patients taking part in research. Your role will also incorporate project oversight for a new RDN-wide digital approach to PRES, ensuring a seamless transition between current and future systems across the RDN.

You will work collaboratively with colleagues within the RDNCC and, as required, across the RDN and the University of Leeds, and with external stakeholders in a host of settings. You will support the operational delivery of the organisation-wide shift in ways of working and culture that is required to ensure the network functions as a single organisation with a shared purpose and vision across England, as well as mutually supporting colleagues through the period of transformation and beyond.
