Full Job Description

Are you an experienced Partnerships Manager looking for your next role? Great Ormond Street Hospital Charity are hiring for a Partnerships Manager to join our team., You'll take on a varied role where you will:
Develop and deliver income growth, gift in king and pro bono support across both commercial and employee engagement partnerships.
Proactively identify and secure partnership growth opportunities.
Nurture and maintain existing relationships.
Collaborate across the charity to develop creative solutions to keep partnerships feeling fresh and exciting.
Develop pitches and proposals.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise, You'll be joining a high performing Partnership Management team of 11 with an ambition to raise over £8 million this year to support the hospital and the build of a new Children's Cancer Centre.
This role sits within a sub team of 3, including a Senior Partnerships Manager, a Partnerships Manager (this role) and a Senior Partnerships Executive.
The Partnership Management team sits within our wider Relationship Fundraising Department.

Previous experience managing a range of different partnerships stakeholder relationships and project planning.
Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written with experience communicating with both internal and external senior stakeholders.
Ability to build and maintain strong working internal relationships through a matrix management framework.
Strong time management and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload whilst also understanding the value in long term planning.
