Full Job Description

As Pastoral Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our school's pastoral care provision. You will work closely with children, staff, and families to support pupils' emotional, social, and behavioural development, ensuring barriers to learning are addressed effectively.,

  • Lead and manage the school's pastoral care strategies, including behaviour and wellbeing
  • initiatives.
  • Provide direct support to children with social, emotional, and behavioural needs.
  • Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and external agencies to develop tailored
  • support plans.
  • Promote a positive school culture where every child feels safe, included, and respected.
  • Deliver small-group or one-to-one interventions to build resilience, confidence, and
  • emotional wellbeing.
  • Act as a safeguarding deputy, ensuring robust policies and procedures are followed.

  • A proactive, solution-focused approach to supporting children's needs.
