• Serve as the key point of contact for front office and support functions to achieve business objectives
• Drive data-driven analysis to facilitate informed decision-making
• Create senior management presentations and financial performance reports to support business growth
• Communicate business strategy, performance, and priorities on a global scale
• Provide strategic analyses and reporting proactively and upon request to aid business progression
• Organize complex information strategically and compellingly, utilizing strong design skills in Excel and PowerPoint
• Develop wireframes and mock-ups iteratively for management presentations, reports, and dashboards
• Respond promptly to executive ad-hoc requests related to project management, presentation development, and business analysis
• Manage client pipeline and conduct trend analysis
• Compile summaries of client engagement activities and strategic insights for senior executive review
• Ensure compliance with line of business and corporate-wide objectives and policies
• Build effective relationships and collaborate closely with Finance & Business Management colleagues across Payments and Global Banking
  
  Bachelor's degree and experience in a strategic or similar senior role
• Significant experience within Financial Services, with a preference for Transaction Services business experience
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, preferably at an advanced level
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize requests and multitask
• Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and effective under pressure
• Strong analytical and numeric skills with excellent attention to detail
• Strong communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills; team player
• Ability to work well individually and partner effectively with others
• Proactive problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify, present, and implement solutions
• Comfortable presenting to senior audiences (ED/MD) with strong written and verbal communication skills
