Full Job Description

  • Support the onboarding process for new starters by completing the pre-employment checks and preparing contracts
  • You will effectively place job adverts, arrange interviews and keep the recruitment tracker up to date
  • Timely and accurate completion of a wide range of HR administrative duties and ad hoc tasks
  • Answering telephone enquiries, taking messages appropriately, transferring calls, and dealing with straightforward queries.

    GCSE Maths and English grade C or above or equivalent
  • Level 3 CIPD qualification or willingness to work towards
  • Functional/Technical Skills - Unit E, Word, Excel,
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
