Full Job Description

About the Role: As a People Data Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, analysing, and interpreting employee data to support strategic decision-making within the firm. Your primary goal will be to leverage data analytics from various sources to provide insights into workforce trends, employee engagement, and overall HR effectiveness. You will work closely with the HR team and other departments to ensure data-driven decisions that contribute to the firm's people strategy.,

  • Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports for real-time insights.
  • Collect and analyse data on employee demographics, performance, engagement, and retention.
  • Maximize the utilization of data outputs and evolve data as the firm grows.
  • Conduct detailed analysis of HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with HR and other departments to deliver actionable insights and predict future trends.
  • Ensure data efficiency, integrity, and accuracy with robust data management practices, including GDPR compliance.

    Proven experience in data analysis, preferably within HR or people analytics.
  • Strong analytical skills to collect, analyse, and interpret large datasets for actionable insights.
  • Technical proficiency with data analysis tools like SQL, Python, R, and advanced Excel functions.
  • Proficiency in data visualization, creating dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI.
  • Attention to detail to ensure data accuracy and integrity through meticulous data management practices.
  • Problem-solving abilities to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement within HR metrics and workforce data.
  • Collaboration skills to work closely with HR and other departments to understand data needs and deliver insights.
