People Services - Facilities Coordinator - HO1

Customer Service & Café Operations:

• Welcome customers, take orders, and handle payments with ease.
• Share menu insights, promotions, and create a welcoming experience.
• Keep the café clean, tidy, and ready for guests.
• Help with food prep and deliver excellent service across in-café and click & collect.
• Ensure great food and service to leave every customer satisfied.
Facilities Operations:
• Answer calls, greet visitors, and coordinate deliveries.
• Manage diaries, meeting rooms, taxis, and car hires.
• Handle post, stationery orders, and assist with events.
• Act as a keyholder and ensure safety by reporting concerns.
