The People Services Transformation Team is a key part of the Cultural Transformation Teams within the People Directorate of the Humber & North Yorkshire ICB. We lead on crucial workforce initiatives, working across the wider Humber and North Yorkshire system to drive efficiencies and address collective workforce challenges.

As a Project Support Officer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our team by providing essential project coordination and administrative services. Your contributions will help us deliver innovative solutions and foster strong connections across our system., Project Management: Support the team in managing and leading projects using defined project management principles.

Progress Monitoring: Facilitate and monitor the progress of defined projects.

Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with various stakeholders to ensure timely sharing of information and updates.

Meeting Participation: Attend project meetings, take minutes, and track actions, risks, and issues.

Documentation Support: Assist in developing business cases, project initiation documents, and presentations.

SharePoint Management: Oversee the People Services Transformation Team SharePoint site, ensuring appropriate access and information governance standards.

Collaboration: Work with partners and stakeholders to support system-wide delivery and foster a culture of care, connection, and innovation.

NHS Humber and North Yorkshire Integrated Care Board (ICB) is responsible for planning and arranging the provision of NHS services to meet the diverse health needs of a population of 1.7 million people. Our area reaches over 1,500 square miles and includes the cities of Hull and York and the large rural areas across East Yorkshire, North Yorkshire and Northern Lincolnshire. The ICB is part of the Humber and North Yorkshire Health and Care Partnership, one of 42 Integrated Care Systems (ICS) across England to meet health and care needs, coordinate services and plan in a way that improves population health and reduces inequality between groups. The Health and Care Partnership comprises of NHS organisations, local councils, health and care providers and voluntary, community and social enterprise (VCSE) organisations.
