Full Job Description

Reporting to the Senior Strategy & Partnerships Manager, the post holder will be responsible for: Providing and coordinating business support and secretarial services, including preparation and distribution of agendas and papers for Committees and other relevant meetings as appropriate, under the direction of the Deputy Director Strategy & Partnerships and Director of Finance, in accordance with Trust policies, procedures and timescales; o Taking and transcribing accurate minutes of formal meetings in a timely fashion, taking into account the Data Protection Act and Freedom of Information, ensuring that all follow-up action is taken and action logs completed accordingly; Supporting the teams with the management of projects that deliver the Trust strategic and operational plans Effectively managing the diary for the senior team where required, including arranging appointments and project groups/meetings, prioritising meetings/appointments as necessary, ensure sufficient work/reflective time

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated individual to provide an effective and responsive business support service to the Strategy and Partnerships team and the Finance Team.
