Provide daily living support and companionship
Promote independence and well-being
Accompany on outings (theatre, swimming, shopping, more)
Utilise de-escalation techniques (training provided)
Maintain a clean and comfortable living environment

We're seeking a dedicated Personal Assistant to support a 27-year-old man with Autism (PDA profile) and epilepsy in York., Passionate about supporting individuals with disabilities
Calm, confident, and empathetic demeanour
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Reliable and trustworthy with a strong work ethic
Valid DBS check required

Competitive rate of £12 per hour
