Full Job Description

The expectation for this role is approx. 35 hours per week, during term time, but hours worked will be considered in line with the needs of the service.

We are looking for a Personal Assistant to join the Support Worker team to provide practical support to disabled students by assisting in the academic environment and with tasks related to research and practice. Duties will include helping a student to use the library and cataloguing system, sourcing books, journals, photocopying, moving work related materials, helping the student move around the campus and any other relevant academic workspaces. You will work both on campus and off campus in study related locations. You will be employed to work a minimum number of annual contracted hours and you will be paid on a time-sheeted basis. Contracted hours will be reviewed each year to correspond to the requirements of the service. This role is not eligible for Skilled Worker visa sponsorship.
