Full Job Description

As a Pharmacy Technician, your responsibilities will vary. You will

  • Assist with the provision and delivery of an integrated, safe, legal, high-quality prison pharmaceutical service.
  • Work within the healthcare department and hold direct patient contact, which will be part be of a comprehensive healthcare package, based on the prison services needs.
  • Deliver the highest standard of care to clients in line with National Guidelines.

    We are looking for caring, compassionate but also driven professionals who can help us drive our vision for a fair and inclusive healthcare access to all. Although not essential ideal applicants would have experience in a hospital, community or prison environment.
  • NVQ Level 3, or above, BTEC or equivalent
  • Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council
  • Up to date with Continual Professional Development (CPD)
  • Relevant post-qualification pharmacy experience

    The working hours are: Mon- Sun from 07:30 - 17:30, on a rolling rota over a 4 week period.
  • There is an expectation to work 1 weekend in 4., This position is full time, youll receive an annual salary up to £32,346 per annum - depending on experience.
