  • Develop insights into Grooming science by developing tools (in-vitro, in-silico & in-vivo) to unleash insights on skin, hair, and hair follicle interactions through Grooming.
  • Have the opportunity to guide and influence the technical project direction and solve significant technical problems by leveraging your scientific skills and strong foundational Biosciences understanding developed through hand-on experimentation.
  • Actively work with internal R&D and external partners and translate these interactions into in-lab experiments that solve problems and provide insights. In this role, you will be the conduit to bring internal and external resources as part of your toolbox to unleash new developments in Skin and Hair Science.
  • Use your technical training and understanding of hair biology would be critical to recognizing and finding creative solutions to technical roadblocks.

    What We Look For:
  • PhD in Biology or Biomedical Sciences specifically in Hair, Hair Follicle and Skin science areas.
  • In-depth understanding of Hair follicle and hair growth cycle.
  • Working (or ideally expert) knowledge on Data Science and mathematical models, computational Biology and Bioinformatics.
  • Demonstrated hands-on expertise on in-vitro skin/hair models (set up, testing, etc) with the expectation to build in-house capability.
  • Knowledge or experience in human testing, including Clinical studies.
  • Experience in Cell Sequencing and other Omics disciplines.
  • Strong communication and partnership skills to enable flawless collaboration with customers and collaborators inside and outside of P&G.
