We are looking to appoint a Physiotherapist to join the Intermediate Care team which is part of the Neighbourhood Rehabilitation Service (NRS) working across Barnsley Community.

The team provides rehabilitation to patients in their own home & residential care. The service provides specialist community therapy assessment & treatment to improve health & independence. In addition, the service offers rehabilitation to enable earlier discharge from hospital or to prevent hospital admission.

You will assess, manage & provide treatment to individuals with complex and/or multiple needs, working closely with the MDT providing supervision/support to other staff

The team is committed to personal development & provides allocated time for CPD, training & wellbeing

A vehicle to undertake travel is essential & the ability to work flexibly including evenings, weekends & bank holidays
