This is a fantastic opportunity for a Plumber seeking to work in an enriching environment, offering a variety of plumbing maintenance tasks across numerous historic and modern buildings. The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide range of plumbing maintenance tasks across the university's expansive estate. This role involves performing routine and complex maintenance, repairs, and installations, ensuring all plumbing systems maintain the highest standards of safety and efficiency.

  • Holds an NVQ Level 3 or Similar in Plumbing or a related field.
  • Demonstrates extensive experience in plumbing maintenance, fault diagnosis, and compliance adherence.
  • Possesses robust problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Ready to participate in an on-call rotation to support the estate's operational needs.

    32,000 - 42,000 + 15% Pension + Training + Progression + Overtime to Increase Earnings + Days Based (36 hours) + Up to 40 Days Holiday
