Full Job Description

  • Maintain and update PMO documentation, templates, and tools.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, minutes, and managing action/decision logs.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations.
  • Support project managers in planning, executing, and closing projects.
  • Monitor project progress and performance, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
  • Assist in risk management and issue resolution processes.
  • Collect, analyse, and report on project data and metrics.
  • Maintain project databases and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Generate regular status reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
  • Facilitate training sessions for project teams on PMO processes and tools.
  • Support the development of training materials and resources.
  • Act as a point of contact for project-related queries and communications.
  • Facilitate effective communication between project teams and stakeholders.
  • Ensure timely dissemination of project information and updates.
  • Identify opportunities for improving PMO processes and practices.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of new PMO procedures and tools.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives within the PMO.

    Relevant qualifications or experience in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Relevant certifications such as APM (Association for Project Management), PRINCE2, or PMP are highly desirable.
  • Proven experience in PMO or Project Support Roles
  • Familiarity with project management frameworks and best practices.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Suitability for SC clearance
