  • Supervise and Support: Oversee a small team of social workers, ensuring effective delivery of services to children and families.
  • Build Relationships: Collaborate with partners to provide the right support at the right time.
  • Safeguard and Promote Welfare: Commit to the safety and well-being of children and young people.
  • Develop Others: Support the growth of students and newly qualified social workers.
  • High-Quality Practice: Ensure assessments and plans are of the highest standard.
  • Chair Meetings: Lead multi-agency meetings to coordinate care and support.
