Full Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Nursery Practitioner to join our team. As a Nursery Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and education to children in our nursery setting. This is an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of young children and contribute to their development.
Duties:
+ Provide high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5
+ Plan and implement EYFS-appropriate activities, ensuring they are stimulating and engaging
+ Create a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
+ Deliver engaging, fun, creative and immersive sessions to inspire the future generation.
+ Promote high standards of quality at all times, always pushing boundaries to be better.
+ Ensure all resources are in line with our ethos and approach to Early Years Education.
+ Ensure practice and provision in our classes meet the expectations and requirements relevant to the class
+ Manage children s safety, & follow Safeguarding procedures.
+ Promote high standards of quality at all times, always pushing boundaries to be better.
+ Assist in the development, and training of the wider team on new plans, materials and policies.

+ Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification (or other full and relevant Early Years qualification)
+ Previous experience working in a nursery or childcare setting
+ Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with children
+ Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
+ Ability to work effectively as part of a team
+ First Aid and CPR certification (preferred)
+ Knowledge of relevant regulations and legislation governing childcare (e.g., Safeguarding)
