Job Title: Presentation Executive

Contract Type: Permanent

Location: London

Closing date: 12th November 2024

We are currently looking for a Presentations Executive to join the Client Reporting Team on a permanent basis in London.

The purpose of the role is to produce and collate all presentation materials for existing and prospective clients in line with the Royal London Asset Management (RLAM) brand, whilst meeting tight deadlines. Audiences include Investment Consultants, institutional pension schemes, local authorities, charities and insurance companies, wealth managers, multi managers, IFAs and Platforms.

This role will help drive creation of brand new content for presentations to support the institutional and wholesale business, where strong communication and a good eye for detail is a must.

About the role

-Develop high quality investment and sales presentations. Work with sales and fund managers to develop and refine content targeted to individual clients/prospects. Incorporate effective design and content.
-Support the buildout of the content management tool (slide library), and sales enablement tools.

Produce detailed client update presentations to include performance, attributions, positions and other bespoke information.

About you

-Knowledge and understanding of data used to produce presentations for clients, with good current knowledge of wholesale and institutional markets.
-Understanding of the various asset classes and products within an Asset Management environment, along with basic understanding of regulatory requirements.
-Ability to produce compelling slides for both on-screen and printed presentations.
-Strong MS Office skills, in particular PowerPoint and PowerApps.
-Recent experience of working with a content management tool, for example, Seismic, UpSlide or Rightslide.
-Knowledge of Fund Documentation - Factsheets and Client Reports desirable.
