  • Utilise the Group agreed standardised BPMN approach to process mapping.
  • Identify and agree a TBUK business owner for each process and agree their responsibilities as a process owner.
  • The Process Mapping Specialist is expected to meet with, and report progress to, the Process Optimisation Manager on a weekly basis, and work with the Springboard Programme Manager to ensure alignment with the wider programme objectives and timelines.

  • Comply with all regulatory obligations and internal governance to help ensure ethical behaviour, working to deliver good customer outcomes and avoiding foreseeable harm in line with Triodos' practice of putting customers at the heart of what we do.

To be successful in this role you'll have a strong understanding of the cross-departmental operations of a UK retail bank combined with relevant experience in process mapping at level 4, detailed process descriptions and other levels of process mapping.
  • You will have a practical understanding of banking subsidiarisation and UK banking regulation and will have the ability to run an initiative independently with limited day-to-day management required. You will have excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, with a keen attention to detail and be able to communicate effectively at all levels.
