Full Job Description

How will you make an impact? HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT? Lead and develop the Procurement Function :

  • Develop and promote the procurement function, engage with key stakeholders
  • Develop and implement the local procurement strategy, in line with Regional and Global Procurement strategy
  • Contribute to Regional Procurement strategy and initiatives
  • Drive Procurement Excellence :
  • Manage and enforce procurement policies, procedures, and controls
  • Implement procurement tools and best practices
  • Train, coach and support stakeholders
  • Track and report performance and compliance
  • Optimize sourcing and provide sourcing support to Maisons and Functions :
  • Partner with stakeholders to establish sourcing strategies
  • Setup and manage preferred suppliers
  • Lead major tenders and negotiations to obtain best conditions

    You are an established and versatile sourcing and procurement professional with 7+ years of professional experience in international and matrix environment. You posess solid experience and understanding of indirect procurement in different categories. You have excellent communication skills and are capable to work with diverse and demanding stakeholders in a challenging and fast-paced environment to build and drive collaborations, foster best practices, and deliver concrete results. You are structured and have excellent analytical skills. You have strong negotiation skills and are capable to engage suppliers at executive level on diverse spend categories. You have a hands on approach as this is a standalone role in the market. You are fluent in English language.
