Full Job Description

  • Enforce Data Policies for Data Governance to ensure data integrity across the organization
  • Regularly assess data source and flows to identify data gaps requiring remediation
  • Implement monitoring mechanisms to continuously track quality metrics such as accuracy, completeness and timeliness
  • Identify , document and prioritize data quality issues through the appropriate execution framework (including DCRM)
  • Collaborate with 1LOD and 2LOD stakeholders to understand data needs and quality expectations
  • Work across Product and Technology teams to data quality objectives align with business needs
  • Develop and maintain dashboards to communicate data quality status to stakeholders, including senior management

    6-10 years of relevant experience
  • Experience leading cross-functional team to define and achieve high value business goals
  • Payments SME knowledge
  • Demonstrated experience driving business innovation, leveraging management information, and data analytics to drive results
  • Experience in scenario development and forecasting
  • Demonstrated knowledge of product development, financial acumen, and investment processes
  • Ability to work unsupervised and adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Demonstrated analytical and influencing skills
  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
