Full Job Description

As the Carbon Measurement Program Manager, you will partner closely with the Senior Program Manager Carbon Measurement, World Wide Sustainability and APB category teams to measure product carbon footprints, developing mechanisms to audit data quality at scale, driving continual improvement of carbon inputs. You will automate this work, partnering with technology teams to develop scalable tools. You will work with stakeholders to ensure environmental data is included and comprehended within category team reporting. This role requires skills to communicate clearly and influence across a global organization and manage a high degree of ambiguity. The ideal candidate will be highly analytical and be able to invent new solutions that are simple and effective.,

  • Program Management across APB carbon measurement
  • Develop mechanisms to audit environmental data quality and continually improve the fidelity of our data.
  • Optimise of the carbon data within APB reporting - integrating emissions metrics into product family reporting.
  • Track global carbon measurement standards (e.g. GHG protocol, EDRS), and Amazon standards, to ensure we exceed the bar.
  • Ensure a high standard of delivery and progress against goals.

  • Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams
  • Experience delivering cross-functional projects
  • Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
  • Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization
  • Experience defining and executing program requirements
  • Experience in program or project management
  • Experience managing teams, Bachelor's degree
  • Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
  • Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
  • Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
  • Experience in program or project management
  • Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization
  • Experience defining and executing program requirements
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
  • Experience leading process improvements
  • Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
  • Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
