Full Job Description

We are seeking a Project Manager to play a critical role in the successful rollout of Thrive, starting with MyAppraisal and extending to future learning and talent functionalities. Reporting to the Associate Director OD (Talent), you will coordinate project activities, ensure alignment with strategic goals, and work closely with internal teams and external agencies to deliver an exceptional user experience. This role involves data analysis, managing project communications, and providing post-launch customer care to ensure the platform's success and sustainability. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, along with expertise in tools like Microsoft Office and collaboration platforms, are essential. While experience in HR processes, appraisals, or learning systems is desirable, what sets you apart is your proactive approach, adaptability, and commitment to excellence.
