Full Job Description
- Assist in coordinating multiple projects across the banking hub portfolio
- Oversee, and as necessary support, all service line team members and project managers in planning, execution, and monitoring of projects
- Maintain project documentation and ensure timely reporting including management of a programme dashboard for end-to-end information across the whole account.
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders including ensuring client instructions are sent to the appropriate account team members (e.g. PDS for TDD surveys) and assist in providing team members with the necessary details to complete the instructions.
- Obtain and track project authorisation forms for any new instructions from the client.
- Ensure effective communication across all JLL team members, ensuring effective collaboration and no gaps in JLL's end-to-end service
- Track project budgets and timelines and record costs across the programme in a master tracker
- Manage fees and billing each month, supported by WD Client Finance
- Contribute to risk management and quality assurance processes
- Maintain a risk register for risks across the whole account to be shared with the wider JLL team and external stakeholders
- Assist Account Director in ensuring account governance framework is maintained including preparing and maintaining an account playbook, QBR slide decks and KPI reporting.
- Manage the Account MS SharePoint site and ensure all documentation is uploaded
- Arrange, facilitate and attend Account and Project team meetings, ensuring actions are recorded, delegated and delivered
- Help the Account Director drive service performance and be open to new ideas and initiatives to improve this
We are seeking a dynamic Project Planning Manager to join our Corporate Estate Management team. This role will support the acquisition, construction, and management of 100 banking branches per annum reporting into the Account Director., Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Real Estate, or related field - 2+ years of experience in project coordination, preferably in real estate
