Full Job Description

  • Developing & mitigating Risks under the leadership of the Project Lead
  • Attending risk reviews relevant to Trident alongside or deputising for the Project Lead
  • Supporting Dreadnought by facilitating readiness sessions, LfE (Learning from Experience) meetings and problem solving working groups.
  • Working with stakeholders to update the risk reporting tools. Including the Risk database and RION (Risk Opportunity Network)
  • Developing relationships and consulting with key stakeholders e.g. BAE Risk team and CAMs (Control Account Manager), DN Alliance and support team
  • Monitoring and reporting on Risk health, engaging with SQEP stakeholders to develop Risk mitigation strategies and support the closure of outstanding risks where appropriate
  • Collaborating with SQEP stakeholders to identify and mature opportunities to protect the Level 3 schedule baseline
  • Understanding and supporting the CAM/PMBCR (Project Management Baseline Change Request) process to acquire funding where a Risk mitigation/opportunity is identified

    Previous experience using ARM (Active Risk Manager) toolset
  • Ability to analyse and interpret data within ARM
  • Ability to report and present data to wider stakeholders
  • Demonstrable experience working on a complex project or programme within a project environment
  • Desirable:
  • Recognised Project Management qualification such as APM or Prince2
