ARAG UK have an excellent new vacancy for a Proposition Manager to join our high-performing BTE Partnerships & Propositions Department in our Bristol offices The Proposition Manager is a key member of ARAG's Propositions team, driving the creation and enhancement of innovative solutions that support both revenue growth and customer satisfaction. This role involves developing and managing propositions that meet evolving customer needs, comply with regulatory frameworks like Consumer Duty, and align with ARAG's strategic objectives and those of its business partners. The successful candidate will be responsible for building robust, insight-driven business cases, ensuring propositions are co-created with internal stakeholders and business partners for maximum impact. They will work closely across departments in a matrix structure to prioritise and deliver new propositions that enhance the customer journey, promote innovation, and support sustainable growth., As a Proposition Manager, in return for your commitment we will offer you generous remuneration and a benefits package to include:

    We are seeking candidates with existing Proposition or Product Management experience, and whilst it would be advantageous to have experience in working in a regulated environment, we are open to considering candidates who have worked in a range of industries. What is essential is that the successful candidate is an excellent communicator and is able to demonstrate an ability to manage productive working relationships and collaborate across different teams. You'll have a drive for innovation and bring curiosity and imagination with you, and demonstrate a creative perspective when analysing information and data. Alongside these capabilities, we are looking for candidates who can demonstrate:
  • Experience in developing and managing propositions, including both new product development and enhancement of existing offerings.
  • Strong understanding of customer-centric design principles and methods to enhance customer experience.
  • Proven ability to build insight-driven business cases that support revenue growth and strategic objectives..
