We will provide you with everything you need to make your pub a success, from the beer you serve, to the glasses you serve it in. Being 100% wet led we recognise the importance of giving people a reason to visit, which is why we will invest in you by covering all agreed costs required to deliver an outstanding community pub.

What we ask for in return is that you passionately create and maintain a brilliant community local, including employing, training, and paying your own team of staff.

The Requirements to Work with Us

Pub management: minimum two years

Ability to deliver a 100% wet led proposition

Personal Licence (APLH)

Ingoing costs: £500 bond, to begin your business as a self-employed pub operator.
