Full Job Description
1. Executes a range of testing activities inclusive of test case creation, diagnostics and test data strategy for a portfolio and is accountable for first/second level diagnostics enabling test delivery to time, cost and quality
2. Supports full lifecycle integration testing to support complex projects to define and drive the deliverables required
3. Delivers analysis in understanding the impacts and causes of defects and issues, supporting the team of QA analysts to investigate, identify and define advanced solutions
4. Partners with fellow QA analysts to conduct testing on a customer or supplier site to assess the impact and functional capability of a solution
5. Develops reports on accuracy, quality and errors in test diagnosis against the associated business or customer KPI's
6. Executes automation, functional, regression and load testing scenarios, applying solutions that validate the functionality of applications with minimal guidance
7. Maintains the test suites and ensures high-velocity, high-quality production pushes using a variety of manual tests
8. Supports the mitigation of quality risks based on high level solution architecture and is accountable for product quality and governance
9. Continuously develops and shares with team knowledge on emerging trends and changes in QA engineering
10. Supports the implementation of ways to improve working processes within the area of QA engineering through data analysis to identify issues and areas of improvements
