Full Job Description

Job Description: Join UK Power Networks Services as a Quality Engineer. You will report to the Quality and Assurance Manager and work within Governance, Risk, Compliance & Quality. This permanent role offers a competitive salary and benefits, including 25 days of annual leave, a personal pension plan, and more.,

  • Provide quality management advice to ensure compliance with ISO 9001: 2015 in electrical infrastructure construction projects.
  • Review and develop procedures/processes, monitor compliance, and conduct audits .
  • Assist Project Managers with quality-related documents and training .
  • Monitor suppliers and subcontractors to ensure they meet quality standards .
  • Facilitate third-party audits and champion quality management processes .

    We are looking for a candidate who has UK CDM (2015) construction environment experience with Quality Assurance, HNC qualification in Quality Management, Construction, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Practitioner member of the Chartered Quality Institute with an aspiration to gain Chartered status.
  • Experience in quality management systems within the construction industry.
  • Trained QMS Auditor with experience in ISO 9001: 2015.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and decision-making skills.
