Quality and Governance Manager

We are seeking an experienced Quality and Governance Manager to further develop and nurture Quality and Governance across the organisation on a full time, permanent basis. This role will bea great fit if. you're an ambitious Quality & Governance expert looking to expand your skill set, work in a dynamic environment, and collaborate with a friendly and enthusiastic team who want to make a real difference to our patients., Passionate about contributing to DMC's Quality and Governance development across our Radiology, Dermatology & Endoscopy service and more widely across the organisation, enabling you to be involved in the decisions that affect our care delivery.

You must have a strong understanding of what takes to be a clinically safe and patient centred organisation and have a strong clinical governance understanding.

Working alongside our Chief Operating Officer, the Clinical Leadership team, and the Quality and Governance team, this position will provide youthe chance to drive our governance strategic and operational agenda and work across all services at DMCto support the delivery of excellent standards of quality, care and ensure robust governance processes areinplace.

We're searching for someone who has worked in a corporate environment that prioritises quality services,has expertise in risk, incident and complaints management, proven track record in achieving national accreditations, and has used data to steer their decision-making. The role will focus on the 7 pillars of governance.

The Quality and Governance Manager reports to our Chief Operations Officer and work very closely with our key Clinical Leads and Group Medical Director.
