Full Job Description

The successful applicant will co-ordinate between the multi-disciplinary agencies to organise the delivery of services to support the individual in a timely manner whilst in an Enhanced Recovery Bed. The role also involves liaising with individuals, their families and Professionals to help optimise a persons outcomes including returning their home.

The role will involve working closely with multi-disciplinary teams and working autonomously when necessary, and providing the administrative service to overview an individuals recovery, as well as maintaining the qualitative and quantitative data collections to review and improve the service.
