receptionist

We are recruiting! Suffolk Podiatry is looking for a receptionist to support the running and administration of the service across Ipswich.

What's the role?

+ You will have day-to-day responsibility for the reception area whether this is telephone, email or face to face
+ You'll work at a variety of locations and will be the first point of contact for patients.
+ You'll use our clinical system as part of your role, and will support with clinic rotas.

The Suffolk Podiatry Service is run by Suffolk GP Federation CIC, a not-for-profit community interest company.

+ You will be suited to this role if you are organised, have good communication skills and want to be part of a team
+ You will need good organisational and communication skills
+ You will need to be able to work across a range of locations

Contract type

This is a part time permanent role working 3 shifts per week as per the following pattern:

+ Monday 08:45 - 13:00
+ Thursday 12:45 - 17:00
+ Friday 12:45 - 17:00

Please note, the salary listed is the full time equivalent.
