Receptionist- Volkswagen & Commercial Vehicles Bridgwater

You will be based on reception, and will be taking inbound calls, transferring calls, speaking to customers, and supporting the dealership with any administration duties as required.,

• Greet all dealership visitors in a friendly and professional manner, assisting with queries and passing to the relevant department or team member
• Take phone calls and respond to queries as appropriate, transferring to the correct individual or team
• Provide refreshments for dealership visitors and ensure the seating and refreshment area is tidy and fully stocked
• Deal with incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
• Assist with administrative tasks as required

• You will have previous customer service experience, ideally within a professional, customer facing environment although this is not essential
• You will be confident talking to customers in a professional manner both on the telephone and face to face, ensuring they have a great experience in our dealership
• You will have good IT skills and be happy to support with administration duties
• You will be a self-starter, organised and someone who takes pride in what they do
