Refrigeration Technical Director

Introduction : As the Technical Director of the Cooling Technologies Division at Integral UK, you will play a critical role in leading and directing the technical functions of the division. You will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality cooling solutions, driving innovation, and maintaining technical excellence within the team. This role requires a deep understanding of cooling technologies, along with strong leadership and strategic thinking skills.,

• Technical Leadership :
• Provide strategic and technical leadership to the division, ensuring alignment with the company's vision and objectives.
• Lead and manage a team of technical professionals, providing guidance, mentoring, and training as needed.
• Drive technical excellence by staying abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
• Project Delivery :
• Oversee the design, development, and implementation of cooling solutions for our clients, ensuring adherence to quality standards, timelines, and budgets.
• Monitor project performance, identify potential risks or issues, and implement corrective actions as required.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
• Innovation and Technology :
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in cooling technologies and identify opportunities for innovation within the division.
• Drive research and development initiatives to enhance the division's technical capabilities and expand service offerings.
• Evaluate new technologies and make recommendations on their suitability and potential integration.
• Client Relationship Management :
• Act as a technical advisor to key clients, understanding their cooling needs and providing strategic guidance and solutions.
• Foster strong relationships with clients, attending meetings, managing expectations, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the business development team to identify new opportunities and contribute to proposal development.
• Quality Assurance and Compliance :
• Develop and implement quality assurance processes and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

  Bachelor's degree or Advanced Qualifications in Engineering or a related field (Preferred)
• Extensive experience in the cooling technologies industry, with a focus on large-scale commercial and industrial projects.
• Solid understanding of HVAC, refrigeration systems, cooling towers, and associated equipment.
• Proven track record in successfully leading technical teams and delivering complex projects.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations applicable to cooling technologies.
