Full Job Description

We are seeking a Regional Commercial Director to join our Southwest and Wales leadership team and help shape the future of Tarmac. This pivotal role will be instrumental in shaping and executing the commercial strategy to drive EBITDA margin growth, ensuring long-term profitability and market competitiveness. As a key decision-maker, you will oversee pricing strategies, customer relationships, and market development, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve ambitious business objectives. We are seeking a strategic thinker with a proven track record in driving commercial success.Role Responsibility As part of the Regional Leadership Team, you'll:

  • Lead a high-performing regional commercial team to deliver financial growth and market leadership by driving execution of the commercial strategy while upholding health, safety, and governance standards.
  • Deliver and exceed key performance targets (Revenue, Pricing, Market Share, Safety, and more).
  • Develop and implement short and long-term strategies aligned with Tarmac and CRH values and goals.
  • Build exceptional relationships with customers, industry leaders, and local authorities and ensure industry leading service levels.
  • Create a diverse, inclusive culture, develop talent pipelines, and coach future leaders.
  • Partner with internal teams and the wider CRH group to share best practices and achieve KPIs.
