As a Regional Manager you'll be tasked with continually growing sales and delivering against key KPI's against colleague and customer service metrics. You'll also consistently implement and execute priorities which drive great customer experience. The role of a Regional Manager will require you to play a pivotal role to engage, inspire and coach our Autocentre management teams to deliver exceptional standards and drive amazing customer service across our garages. You'll be passionate about delivering service that matters to our customers, through leading a customer focussed culture where great recruitment, training, development, and recognition ensures we have great colleagues.     Delivering against customer metrics, through coaching/training in the moment to ensure that our customers have a great experience.
  • Excellent Communication and interpersonal Skills both verbally and in writing
  • + Having a strong track record in leading teams to deliver outstanding results, and the ability to support the delivery of the strategic plan. + A track record of success in delivering against sales targets + Experience of managing capability and performance of teams. + Being able to evidence commercial acumen. + A track record of meeting compliance standards across health and safety. + IT proficient, with experience of working with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and the aptitude to learn in-house systems + Experience of labour force scheduling + Field experience required. A full valid driving licence is essential.
