Full Job Description

In this role, you will work closely with Global and Regional Brand & Innovation teams, as well our agency partners, leading integrated consumer engagement campaign planning and activation for an assigned portfolio of brands across the 7 countries in Western Europe: UK, Spain, Portugal, Greece, Belgium, Austria and Switzerland. Your contributions will be vital to ensure the campaigns deliver against short-term ROI and long-term brand building targets. Additionally, you will play a pivotal role in fostering a collaborative culture, ensuring alignment, and promoting effective communication across our teams and with the agency partners. Main Responsibilities

  • Hands-on collaboration with brand managers and media agency to plan and activate best in class offline and digital media campaigns ensuring excellence in the execution of brand and creative assets across owned, paid and earned media touchpoints and full alignment on goals and KPIs
  • Analyze the impact of media investment into marketing and business metrics, manage media KPIs measurement across owned, paid and earned media to develop consumer insights, learnings and best practices
  • Drive campaign optimization by experimenting with creatives, bidding, and audience segmentation tactics across several platforms in each part of funnel
  • Establish content, creative and media guidelines by media touchpoint, working with our Brand teams and Agency partners to constantly strive for media effectiveness
  • Manage day-to-day relationship, delivery and performance of our media agency
  • Pioneer the development and activation of our data and content strategy by planning campaigns which acquire 1st and 0 party data and retarget audiences with relevant and personalized content
  • Nurture strong relationships with media partners, such as Google, Meta, Tiktok, IAS and Teads, to stay current with the latest trends and best practices in the advertising, media and digital landscape

  • At least 5 years working at media agency teams or at advertisers in media and digital marketing related projects supporting on planning, buying and activation of integrated marketing campaigns across offline and online media channels
  • Detailed understanding of the media landscape, including key media channels such as TV, Digital Video, Social, Programmatic and SEM
  • Proficiency at developing, activating and analyzing performance of full funnel media campaigns
  • Good understanding of addressable media, and audience targeting methodologies and tactics across digital media platforms
  • Certification in or hands-on experience with Ad Tech platforms, such as AdWords, Google Analytics, Demand Side Platforms (DSP), and DMPs
  • Fluent in English (mandatory). Spanish knowledge will be considered a plus
