Full Job Description

This role is responsible for ensuring that key customer satisfaction is maintained to a high level. This role is responsible for liaising between the company and its customers & the company and its supply base, including leadership into the programmes, projects and opportunities. This involves building and maintaining long-term, trusting relationships with clients and suppliers and delivering against agreed commitments. This role is critical in supporting the strategic direction as it scales through identifying and securing significant long-term business.,

  • Identifying and analysing customer needs and expectations and developing strategies to meet them within the programmes.
  • Manage and develop relationships with key customers and stakeholders, providing them with information and advice and resolving their problems.
  • Analyse and monitor performance and metrics
  • Lead and analyse the gaining of satisfaction scores and managing the outcomes.
  • Set up and manage systems for collecting and using customer data and information to improve service.
  • Work with team and suppliers to improve service and meet customer requirements.
  • Develop customer service policies and procedures

    Significant experience working in the UK Defence / National Security Sector with deep domain insight and supplier knowledge.
  • Experienced people and organisation leader with the ability to engage, nurture and grow relationships
