Full Job Description

  • To take incoming calls from our customers in a timely manner
  • Record vehicle defects and issues
  • Manage vehicle defects through the repair process, recording and updating all necessary information.
  • Ensuring our customers are updated throughout the repair process.
  • Managing our suppliers throughout the process
  • To ensure that accurate records of all events are kept and maintained.
  • To co-ordinate and escalate major incidents
  • Ensure all operational related client service performance indicators are met
  • Additional Ad-Hoc roles as required by the business.
