Full Job Description

An opportunity has arisen for a Research Data Administrator at Mersey Care NHS Foundation Trust. The post holder will work closely with Clinical Research & Governance Lead, Research & Development Manager, and Senior Research Lead in setting up and managing systems/ processes and ensuring robust research governance procedures are followed., The post holder will support the clinical research team across a range of research data administration tasks including but not limited to maintaining research databases; supporting the set up and maintenance of a new project portfolio management platform for research; assisting with the provision of data for performance reporting both within and external to the organisation; raising requisitions and purchase orders to support the management of research grants hosted by the Trust in accordance with relevant Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Trust policies.

Applicants will have experience of working with research/ clinical trials, possess good interpersonal and communication skills, be confident in data processing/ reporting and be able to work independently and as part of a team.
