Full Job Description

The Research Programme Manager leads the Collaborative Doctoral Programme (CDP) at Tate and provides operational support to the Research team.

You will join a small team committed to furthering research integrity and access at the museum. As well as proactively supporting the success and wellbeing of students, you will build key relationships with supervisors, consortium partners and funders.

In addition to the doctoral programme, you will work with the Research Convenor to coordinate the effective running of the department, supporting finance, governance and practice-sharing processes.

We are looking for someone who can confidently manage a complex programme of research while supporting the wellbeing and success of students and supervisors.

You will be an excellent communicator, with skills in building consensus between groups.
