Full Job Description

As Reservations Coordinator, your main responsibility will be to assist customers with their queries regarding booking or support for their existing booking at one of our study holiday schools. This is a dynamic, enjoyable, and engaging position that will commence in early February 2025, on a full-time basis. Please note that this is a contract role that will last until the end of July 2025. Here's some of what the job involves : You'll be : Liaising with overseas clients to answer any queries about our courses and programmes prior to their arrival Providing quotes and processing reservations, while managing any special requirements our customers may have Managing databases, spreadsheets, and paperwork such as invoices and supplier report

As Reservations Coordinator, you will be based at our school; just 5 minutes' walk from the centre of Canterbury. This is a busy team so you will be the type of person who thrives on a challenge. In return, you'll gain some fantastic experience of working with multicultural clients in a friendly and diverse educational environment. You'll need to have : Great communication skills as you'll be working with a range of customers, within a really helpful and supportive team Some experience of working in a reservations, leisure and tourism role would be of benefit Have excellent attention to detail, be computer-savvy and have working experience in a fast-paced, administrative environment

You must be available until the end of July 2025 (6 month contract) This is an office based position Monday to Friday and so you must be willing to commute into work in Canterbury This role could equally be a perfect opportunity for a recent graduate or someone looking to expand their existing experience.
