An exciting opportunity has opened for a talented retail manager to join a thriving premium fashion retailer in Southampton city centre. This growing company offers a unique chance for someone with a passion for high-quality products and outstanding customer service.

In this role, you'll take full responsibility for driving store sales, managing KPIs, and overseeing budgets. You'll also play a key role in training and developing your team, making strategic commercial decisions to boost profits, and establishing the store's reputation in the local market. Leading from the shop floor, you'll ensure the highest standards of customer service.

We're looking for a retail manager with a background in fashion and a strong focus on customer service, who excels in meeting KPIs and upholding exceptional standards. A people-oriented leader with strong communication skills, you should enjoy team development; experience in menswear is a plus.

This position is paying a basic salary of up to £38,000, plus a quarterly bonus. There is a strong benefits package including a uniform, great discount, and cycle to work scheme to mention a few.
