Full Job Description
We're looking for a performance / E-Retail media professional to join our team to help us step change our approach to Retail Media. The role will span across all Retailers with endemic media offerings (including Boots & Amazon) and be intrinsic in driving our business growth across both Consumer and Prestige brands, alongside our Retail Media Managers. Your main focus:
- Support our Retail Media Manager in driving the Bricks & Clicks Retail media strategy for COTY UK&I on retailer platforms including but not exclusive to Boots, John Lewis and Superdrug in collaboration with key local and global stakeholders.
- Build Full-Funnel brand campaigns to drive the business KPIs.
- Work with the Retail Media Manager in landing a clear vison and roadmap to drive Coty's overall Retail Media agenda.
- Ensure media mix coherence with national (digital) media strategy, in close cooperation with the Media, Marketing and Commercial teams.
- Lead the monitoring of industry developments, online marketing trends, industry tools and competitive BIC examples.
- Analyze eCommerce data to define and identify top media opportunities across the full funnel of E-Retail media to drive sales and market share.
- Understand measurement frameworks to analyze results against benchmarks for the range of media formats and tactics within Retail Media scope.
- Prepare presentations as part of business reviews and customer meetings.
- Manage Content Hub for Retail Media, continually reviewing needs and updating to new guidelines. The content and activation team consists of 7 people, with their job titles spanning across Digital Content & Activation Managers, E-Retail Managers, and a Graphic Designer, plus the CRM Executive we're hiring. You will work closely with several departments such as local brand, global brand, and the sales team. All your colleagues are dynamic, collaborative, and committed to innovation and excellence. - Experienced in Digital Media, ideally with Paid Search but not mandatory.
- Understanding of Paid, Owned, Earned Media in the eCommerce context and their impact on sales.
- Experience in executing Digital Media Campaigns and analyzing results.
- Understanding of best practicing for Digital Media Content.
- Strong Microsoft Office Skills, mostly Excel and Powerpoint.
- Ability to drive data-driven analysis and insights to improve campaign effectiveness and value to the business, including analytics to measure the impact of our E-Retail media campaigns.
- A desire to "change the game" and think outside of the box with enthusiasm for the future of eRetail/Retail Media Networks and building that future with us.
- Have excellent verbal, written communication & presentation skills.
- Ability to communicate throughout all levels of an organization, both technical and non-technical, presenting results and market insights.
