Full Job Description

Working alongside the R&P Manager for UKIE, you will be responsible for supporting the design and implementation of compensation and benefits offerings across UK and Ireland - covering all Global Business Units (GBU's), Support Functions and sites (x4) which:

  • Reflect the compensation and reward philosophy of Sanofi
  • Are competitive within the relevant market
  • Meet an appropriate level of cost and risk management for the company and its employees
  • Offer appropriate levels of flexibility to employees
  • Are understood and values by employees
  • Drive differentiation of reward on the basis of performance and recognition
  • Main responsibilities Support operation of all cyclical and ongoing processes
  • Support on annual remuneration review processes, policies and programs including, but not limited to -
  • Annual and ad-hoc salary reviews
  • Annual bonus processes
  • Salary survey benchmarking processes
  • Benefit supplier renewals
  • Provide information and advice to People and Culture Business partners (P&C BP's) to assist the on target and consistent implementation of compensation and reward practices, particularly against the recent global structural changes implemented as part of DRIVE.
  • Work with above-country R&P colleagues to ensure consistency of application.
  • Act as an escalation point for queries/issues from outsourced benefits providers.
  • Analyse Sanofi's current remuneration position
  • Utilise appropriate tools, such as participation in industry recognised reputable salary and benefit surveys, to enable benchmarking practices against the industry.
  • Manages projects such as survey participation and analysis, collect and analyse market data and determine competitive position of company salary range structure.
  • Preferred suppliers
  • Support in monitoring supplier performance by conducting regular reviews in conjunction with Procurement.
  • Partner with suppliers to review processes periodically and actively seek out areas of enhancement.

    Good understanding and experience of compensation and benefits policies and practices, ideally within a large organisation
  • Understanding and experience of managing a flexible benefits platform with Salary Sacrifice experience.
  • Analytical skills to manipulate large amounts of sometimes complex data, analysing, interpreting, and producing recommendations to support decision-making.
  • Disciplined in approach, with a commitment to meeting deadlines
  • Effectively convey information and ideas, ensuring clear understanding between employees and management.
  • Utilize digital tools and platforms to enhance communication, engagement, and overall employee experience.
