For 2025, we have the following Graduate Launch positions in Risk: Associate Analyst, Risk Management Responsible for managing risks to the company, its customers, shareholders, employees, and assets. Strives to identify and mitigate potential risk (e.g. strategic, financial, operational, legal/ regulatory, brand/ reputation) to the company and provides risk management analysis, support, coordination, and oversight across the company. Technology Risk Analyst I Monitors technology risk and compliance, and develops, delivers, maintains and monitors IT policies, standards, and best practices. Oversees compliance and the implementation of design (up-to-date standard operating procedures) and operational (testing the validity of procedures periodically) effectiveness., All activities involving access to Mastercard assets, information, and networks comes with an inherent risk to the organization and, therefore, it is expected that every person working for, or on behalf of, Mastercard is responsible for information security and must:

• Abide by Mastercard's security policies and practices;
• Ensure the confidentiality and integrity of the information being accessed;
• Report any suspected information security violation or breach, and
• Complete all periodic mandatory security trainings in accordance with Mastercard's guidelines.
  
  To be a Final Year Masters/Undergraduate Student or to have graduated no earlier than September 2024
