Works scouting and briefing Coordinator, assisting with the planning and scouting operation on the M40 motorway. You will be working as part of a team undertaking scouting works on the M40 network and identifying the scope of works within closures as defined by the programme. You will also be assisting in the creation and review of briefing packs for all planned works on the network.,

Scouting Upcoming Work
Conduct scouting operations for planned maintenance work or defect rectification.
Advise on the expected duration of each task.
Advise on appropriate resources and materials.
Document and report findings to the Lead Scheduler.
Create Briefing packs
Assist the Lead Scheduler in creating comprehensive work packs.
Ensure that all necessary information and instructions are included in the work packs.
Quality Control
To visit site to review works that have been undertaken by works teams before closing down defects
Actively report health and safety concerns.
Report any near misses or incidents promptly.
Promote a positive and safe working environment, ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and best practices.
Promote a positive and proactive attitude towards health and safety.
